By using vacation.fyi (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

Vacation.FYI offers travel inspiration through an AI chat and voice assistant, an accommodation map, and links to independent booking websites. The AI doesn't book. You do. We are not a travel agency, tour operator or booking provider, and we do not sell travel.

2. AI answers can be wrong

The AI Travel Agent is an automated tool. It can make mistakes or "hallucinate", and may give outdated, incomplete or incorrect information about prices, availability, entry rules, safety or anything else. Always check important details yourself with the airline, hotel, booking site or official government sources before you travel. Do not rely on the AI for legal, medical, visa or safety advice.

3. Bookings are between you and the booking site

The North American (vacation.flightjab.com) and Asian (book.vacation.fyi) booking sites, and any other partner sites, are run independently and have their own terms, prices, cancellation rules and customer support. Any booking, payment, refund or dispute is between you and that provider. We may earn a referral commission when you book through our links.

4. Your own risk

You use the Site and any information from it at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and Vacation.FYI and its owner are not liable for any loss, cost, injury or damage arising from your use of the Site, the AI assistants, the map, or any third-party website or service.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site or its AI tools for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive.
• Do not try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its providers.
• Do not share other people's personal information in the chat without their permission.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.

6. Third-party services

The Site embeds tools from other companies (AI chat, voice assistant, map, video and affiliate services). Their availability and content are controlled by those companies, and your use of them is also covered by their own terms.

7. Images and content

The Site's text, design and logo belong to Vacation.FYI. Some photos are licensed stock images and some are AI-generated illustrations of fictional people. They do not show real customers or real events. You may not copy the Site's content for commercial use without permission.

8. Changes

We may change these terms or the Site at any time. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
